Texting4Jobs brings job seekers and companies together using SMS text messaging.  But before Texting4Jobs, our co-founders and creators were busy and (still are) budding entrepreneurs.

Jessica Miller-Merrell is the co-founder and one of the creative genuises behind Texting4Jobs.  Jessica, known as @Blogging4Jobs on Twitter is a published author and leading HR blogger and new media strategist whose mission is to bring business thought leaders together to move new media as well as the human resource industry forward.  Besides Texting4Jobs, Jessica serves as a consultant providing HR, recruiting, and new media consultancy with her company, Xceptional HR.  Her newest project is Get Social Conference, a traveling half day unconference in the Midwest.

Ron Cariker is the co-founder and other creative genius behind Texting4Jobs.  Ron, known as @RonCariker on Twitter is a leader in the mobile industry.  With 11 years experience working for some of Oklahoma’s largest radio and publishing companies, Ron has been responsible for managing and executing countless mobile communication and market strategies.  Ron is the CEO of 7 Media Group.
